Areas of Application

The Terms & Conditions apply to all orders and deliveries from Searchers.

Deliveries

Orders are usually sent out within 2 days of ordering. Deliveries outside of may take longer depending on the local conditions.

Deliveries to Countries outside of

You will receive an E-mail with the actual delivery costs, which may be different to the delivery costs which you have received whilst placing your Order.

Sales Contract and Delivery Reservation

Sales will only be made to competent persons. We reserve the right to refuse orders. If the ordered article is not available, I reserve the right to be absolved from fulfilling the order. At the same time I commit myself to inform the customer that the article is not available or when it will be available, and will immediately anull payments that may have already been made. Further I commit myself to inform the Customer if any delay in supplying the ordered product has occurred.

Retention of Title

Until the ordered article (s) have been fully paid for, they remain the property of Searchers.

Prices

The valid price of goods is the price at the time of ordering. All prices include German VAT (7% or 19%).

Invoice rendering

The Invoice will be rendered, without exception, including German VAT. This also applies to countries outside of unless a valid International VAT number can be provided.

Payment before delivery: The Invoice and our Bank details will be provided when you have placed your order with us, and once again in the confirmation E-Mail you will receive.

Payment per Invoice: You agree to pay the full amount on the before the “last date of payment” date on the Invoice.

Direct Debit (German Bank Account only): The amount on the Invoice will be debited from your Bank Account 2 Working days after your goods have been sent for delivery. If your Bank Account is not able to cover the amount to be debited any costs incurred by Searcher's Dogfood will be accredited to the customer in question (min. €5,00).

If payments are not punctual I reserve the right to levy charges.

Right of Revocation

You may return the ordered goods, without indication of reason, within 14 days. The period of revocation begins on the day the customer receives the goods and this declaration. To maintain the Right of Revocation a Letter of Intent or the goods themselves must be sent or returned per: Postal Service, Fax or E-Mail to: Searchers, Bettina Lunn, Im Rehmen 3, 29358 Eicklingen, Tel.: 05144-621426

Let it be understood that opened bags of Dog food or especially finished wares cannot be returned. If, when then returned wares arrive they have markings from use or have been damaged in any way we reserve he right to issue a bill for the damaged goods to the customer returning the goods

In the case of revoked goods both parties will be renumerated. The Sales Contract will be declared Null and Void. To complete the Revocaton please send me your bank details.

Returned Goods

Please do not send returned goods per Freepost, the customer is obliged to carry the costs for Postage and Packaging when returning wares. For goods whose price is less than €40,- the costs for P & P will be renumerated unless another agreement is reached beforehand with Searcher's Dogfoods. Deliveries will be made by DHL at their Standard Tarif, extra costs incurred by the returnee (Expresspost etc.) will not be reimbursed. To receive a Re-Tour (return) sticker please contact us.

Guarantee and Liability

If delivered goods have been damaged during transport: please inform the Transport Company IMMEDIATELY when you receive the goods, unfortunately if you fail to do this no renumertion will be possible.
